Shipment Offers: 

  • Cut-Off of Orders: Noon, Sundays. 
  • Please inspect the plant(s) thoroughly before checkout. 
  • All orders are Expressed Posted with Australia Post:-
  • Flat Rate Single Items $19.00
  • Flat Rate Two to Six Items $26.00
  • Flat Rate Seven to Twelve Items $52.00
  • Flat Rate Thirteen to Eighteen Items $78.00
  • Flat Rate Nineteen or More Items $90.00
  • Unfortunately, I do NOT ship to Quarantine States - NT, WA and TAS. However, for Concierge Service I use Uprooted.com.au as they are located in Cairns. 

Packing Method:

  • Plant Stock are sent with their pots.
  • Stock are either in 75mm or 100mm Pots. 
  • Plant will wrapped in kraft paper for protection. 
  • Pot(s) will be secured onto the box with cable ties enforced by heavy duty packing tape.
  • Please Note: Old and Browning leaves will be removed or trimmed. This does not affect the health of the plant or it's growth. In nature nothing is perfect, especially when stock is grown outdoors here in Far North Queensland. 
  • If such, stems are taller than the shipment box this stem will trimmed/cut off, I do my best to avoid this method. This often occurs with Colocasias and Alocasias. 

Shipping Process:

The Cut-Off Time for all orders is 12:00pm (Noon) on Sundays. Orders placed before this time will be dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday. This schedule ensures that all weekly orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. South Australia orders are always dispatched on Mondays. Please note: Australia Express Post does not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery. According to Australia Post Guidelines - Express Post typically takes 2 to 5 Business Days for delivery. 

During the Wet or Flood Season, I may delay dispatched if I believe conditions will affect the safety of your package or cause significant delays. If this occurs, I will notify you by email. Once your oder has been processed, you will receive a Confirmation Email with an Australia Post Tracking Number. At this point, ALL responsibility falls with Australia Post.  

Wishing to Swap an Item in Your order?

If you would like to exchange an item of the same value. Please send me an email with the Item Code and Plant Name you wish to swap. Please make sure to do this by NOON on Sunday.

Combine Postage Wanting to add a second order? 

Due to the increased Express Post Rates by Australia Post. I NO LONGER offer a COMBINE POSTAGE for multiple orders. Please ensure you take advantage of the shipping offers. If the two orders can be placed in one box, this is the ONLY TIME I will refund the Second Shipment Fee. 

Local Pickup Service Terminated:

I sincerely apologise, this service was rarely used, and the task challenging arranging time and day with Customers. There has also been a security breech on stock. Therefore, I have terminated this service. Some locals prefer to have item(s) posted across FNQ region rather travel.

If you wish to schedule a specific cycle, as you have an upcoming holiday. Please email me so I can postpone the shipment upon your return. 

Concierge Service

The following are Concierge Instructions For Quarantine State - NT, WA and TAS. 

Contact your “Preferred Concierge Service” to get instructions and costing. I prefer to use Uprooted as they are local to me, and there is no need to ship your order. I will simply charge $20 Delivery Fee, and Refund the Balance of the packing and postage Fee. Contact Rick from Uprooted at hello@uprooted.com.au for a Concierge Service Quote.

  1. Head back to the shop and select your items. 
  2. Go to Cart and Check Out Your Items. 
  3. Enter your details - Name, Email and Mobile Number. 
  4. In the Address Field Enter the Shipping Address. If you using Uprooted enter the Shipping Address to: 1-3 Grey Street, Gordonvale. QLD. 4865.
  5. In the Billing Address Enter your Home/Business Address.
  6. If using uprooted - Forward Rick the Confirmation Email of your order at hello@uprooted.com.au 
  7. I will then contact Rick when his next Concierge Shipment will be, so I can deliver your order.
