1. Postage Cost - Single Item $19 Postage. If you purchase 2 or more items, the capped price is $26 Postage. If you spend OVER $150 on a 'Single Item' or 'Multiple Items' - Shipment is FREE!

2. Cut of Time - Please be mindful, as per our Shipping Policy the Cut-Off Time for orders are “Sundays 12pm” (Noon). This ensures I have enough time to pack orders for the Monday or Tuesday Shipment.

3. For Local Pickup - On the Checkout Page; Scroll down to the "Discount Code and Gift Card Field. Type in "Local Pickup" this will take the Shipment Cost off your order. Our Nursery & Prepping for Shipment ...

At FNQ Tropical Plants our plants are grown outdoors in the elements. Therefore, there may be imperfections with the plant you acquire as expected when grown outdoors. Key Points:

  • Please be aware some active stock will be sitting in the shop for months. A lot can happen during this time. In some cases the plant may have grown and will look different from the original photos.

  • Whilst in stock certain leaves will mature, and some may brown - These leaves will be removed before shipment. I do not send plants with damage leaves, I personally would not be happy if I saw damaged leaves upon unpacking. If the plant presents itself beautifully it is shipped.

  • The judgement falls back to me, upon collecting your order, and thoroughly inspecting each item if it passes or not. If the item is not worthy to be shipped an email and refund is initiated. If it can be swapped for another better plant, you will find a 'Sticker" on the pot stating "Swapped for a Better One" 🙂🌱

Location

FNQ (Far North Queensland) Tropical Plants is located in the tropical state of Queensland, Australia in the City of Cairns. A tourist hub for international visitors, blessed with all the natural aspects of tranquil rainforests full of flora and fauna; untouched beach line, fishing, and one of the Great Wonders of the World. Despite Australia experiences four season, the tropical region of Cairns is governed by the Wet and Dry Season. This equatorial climate allows for better topical growth in various genus of plant species. The Summers are Humid and the Winters are mild. Our daylight is much longer than the other states too. It is for this reason why so many come and visit and move up to far north Queensland. Photo Attached is one of our majestic waterfalls in FNQ - Josephine Falls, near Babinda.

FNQ Tropical Plants began from childhood beginnings in the province of the Philippines. As soon as I could walk I was immerse in my Grandmother's Tropical Garden surrounded by coconut trees, and a variety of tropical fruits. It was a different life back then living off the land. So, the passion and enthusiasm continues.
